On 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force, providing one privacy law for the European Union. Your privacy is very important to aNewSpring. We therefore adhere to the GDPR, to make sure that your data is safe with us. This is also guaranteed by our ISO 27001 certification. We respect your rights, such as access to and rectification and erasure of your data. If you are a learner who wishes to do so, the first point of contact is your training provider. Should you still need any assistance, we are of course happy to help you. Also we make clear agreements with our customers about the processing of personal data in our User Agreement, Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Statement
